Client Application/ Meeting 

Upon receiving your request/application for one of our services, we will schedule a meeting to go over more in-depth the qualifications you are looking for in a candidate. We will review the application and develop a family profile and job description, which we will show potential interviewees . We will also discuss information regarding compensation, nanny taxes and any other questions you may have. 

Recruitment/ Search 

Our team takes in-depth look at our qualified nannies that we already have and look over new applications. We start with an online application and phone interview. If after that we believe the candidate has the required qualifications, we meet with them in person to get a better idea of their personality and background. Gold Coast Nannies invests the time to get to know both families and nannies to ensure the perfect match. We refer only ideal candidates, cutting down on the amount of time you need to spend reviewing applications and interviewing.

Referral 

After we have identified candidates with the required experience that match your familys' needs, completed background checks and contacted all references; we will send you resumes, letters of recommendation and  answer any questions you have about the candidates' backgrounds. If, after interviewing a candidate, you wish to offer them the position, we are available to assist you in developing an offer letter and contract. Before extending an offer, you are welcome to review and speak directly with an applicant’s references.  

Gold Coast Nannies has a 6 month guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with the placement for whatever reason we will happily find a replacement. We are here to provide ongoing support and address your needs as they arise.
